Support

Support: write to support@9to95.com.

If a connection fails, check the status page first, then the connect guide for your assistant. When you write in, tell us which assistant you use and what happened. Please do not send account numbers or balances.

How to cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are not open yet, so there is nothing to cancel today. This section describes how cancelling will work once they open.

You can cancel at any time. No phone call and no reason are needed.

Online: use Paddle's customer portal. Open the link in your Paddle receipt, sign in with the email address you used to subscribe, and choose "Cancel subscription". The same link is in every reminder we send. Paddle is our reseller and runs billing for 9to95. You can also change your card there. The direct portal link will be listed here when subscriptions open.

By email: send this ready-made cancellation email. Send it from the address you subscribed with. We cancel within one business day, and your cancellation counts from the time you sent the email.

Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and then access ends. If you were charged in the last 30 days you can also ask for that charge back: see the Refund Policy.

Future features

A 9to95 web app is being built, for subscribers who want to work on screen as well as through an assistant. The screens below are being considered for it and do not exist today. No dates are promised, and nothing here should be a reason to subscribe.

  • Reverse mortgage screen. A view of a plan with and without the cash a reverse mortgage provides, as arithmetic on figures you enter. It would not be a loan offer, and it would not replace the counseling that the federal program requires before anyone takes one.
  • Stock-based pay screen. A view of employer stock grants and options in a projection, as arithmetic on figures you enter. It would not say whether to hold, sell or exercise.
